Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Nazmul Hassan has called for an investigation into allegations of biased umpiring in the Dhaka Premier League T20, after the “extremely insulting” incident involving Shakib Al Hasan. The board chief has already, in light of that incident, formed a committee to speak to the 12 clubs to find out about their issues during the tournament, and asked them to report back to him this week.The talk about biased umpiring came up again after Shakib kicked the stumps following an lbw appeal being denied in the Abahani-Mohammedan Sporting Club match on Friday. Shakib then threw down the stumps after play was stopped due to rain. His subsequent actions, which included abusing the umpires and groundstaff, landed him a three-match ban and a fine of BDT 5 lakh (USD 5,800 approx).”It (Shakib’s outburst) has spread so much internationally,” Hassan told Jamuna TV. “I am getting non-stop calls from all over the world. This is extremely insulting for Bangladesh. I think there’s no point in playing domestic cricket until and unless we find out the solution. It has reached an extreme point. It has ruined all the good work we have done.”Hassan said he hadn’t yet received any complaints from the clubs, which would have to come through the captain’s report at the end of the match. But there have been murmurs of biased umpiring and allegations of under-performance during this tournament.”They haven’t shown me anything as proof. I am only seeing documents signed by managers and captains from matches. There’s no complaint from anyone, so who will give me the allegations? I have still asked them to find out what’s going on. Matches are being recorded now. It is not just hearsay. Furlong also completed this last-ditch tackle in the slim victory to ensure his side didn't leak an unwanted goal, whilst Mowatt also went about his business in a stylish manner to help clinch the three points.
Although his holding midfield partner on the day would steal the limelight, with Jayson Molumby's late second-half goal the deciding strike, the former Leeds United man also played his part in the win being secured with 100% of his duels won, but also with a calmness present in his game that saw only nine of his 45 passes be misplaced.
Going forward – even with the sprinkling of new additions to Corberan's camp this summer – both will continue to be some of the first names on their manager's team sheet, whilst others have fallen down the pecking order.
Jed Wallace would fit into the final category now, with injury issues meaning he's been a background figure for the Baggies so far this campaign, which hasn't really impacted West Brom yet on the pitch.

There were even rumours floating about at the Hawthorns this summer that Wallace was going to move on from the Baggies, with interest from the likes of Luton Town reported towards the end of the frantic window.
Wallace has stayed put, but he could well regret that decision, having found his minutes hard to come by so far this campaign as young hotshot Tom Fellows also continues to excel down the right wing, with three assists already picked up from four league games.

Alongside only featuring from off the substitutes bench so far this season from his three appearances, the former Millwall man's high wage will also be more of a pressing concern if he doesn't fight back and reclaim a starting spot soon, with Wallace coming in as the fourth highest earner currently in Corberan's camp.
Both Furlong and Mowatt surprisingly earn a lesser pay packet, at £18.4k-per-week and £20k-per-week respectively, despite proving why they are undroppable members of the Baggies first-team so far this season over their teammate.
Wallace does have moments of magic like this sublime strike up his sleeve, however, and could prove to be a useful squad member moving forward, especially if Fellows' electric form drops off.
Still, with that interesting emerging from the likes of Luton and Pompey this summer for the 30-year-old, West Brom might live to regret not cashing in on their "unbelievable" gem, as he was once labelled by ex-Sheffield United defender Jack O'Connell.

No hotel, aliás, o Fla também se preocupou com dois fatores preponderantes: ampliar a área de academia do hotel, que passará a ter um local improvisado para a aparelhagem de fisioterapia e massagem, e cuidar da alimentação, tanto que levará um cozinheiro (junto ao seu auxiliar) na delegação, e os atletas só consumirão água mineral de copos lacrados, por exemplo.

Com 100% de ocupação, a internet do hotel não seria a ideal para atender à delegação. Assim, segundo o LANCE! apurou, oFlamengo contratou plano de internet exclusivo para o clube. Serão instalados roteadores no quarto de todos atletas para ajudá-los a navegar sem transtornos, jogar, assistir a filmes e passar o tempo.

According to TEAMtalk this week, Chelsea have made fresh contact with Osimhen’s representatives, as the Blues look to ascertain whether a January swoop is possible amid a rumoured break-clause in his Galatasaray deal.
“I know what Victor wanted, I know what the club offered him, I know where we got to, we finally got to a compromise, both sides had to compromise, I was just some little things here and there, paperwork, medical, and a few issues we just couldn’t get over the line and we didn’t have much time,” said John Obi-Mikel, who knows the player well, on Osimhen’s failed Chelsea move.
“Both sides really played their part in terms of getting the deal done, and I commend Chelsea for that because I can see their ambition of where they want to take this club now and also on Victor’s side, how much he really wanted to come to the club. He was disappointed it didn’t happen.”
Given the 25-year-old’s clear willingness to make the move to Stamford Bridge, this could be one to watch, but Osimhen isn’t the only key player on their agenda as Boehly also seeks to add another wonderkid to Chelsea’s books.

Of course, Dundee United at Tannadice was always going to be a tough challenge, but after Tom Lawrence scored the opening goal after just seven minutes, that was as good as it got for Philippe Clement’s men.
One of the most positive aspects of the underwhelming 1-0 victory was summer signing Hamza Igamane receiving a 25-minute cameo.
The Moroccan youngster took the game in his stride, showcasing his talents despite limited minutes. Could Clement unleash him from the starting XI this evening?

Despite arriving at Ibrox during the summer transfer window, it took a few weeks for him to build up his fitness.
Clement brought him off the subs bench during the 3-0 defeat to Celtic at the start of the month, but he was only given 11 minutes.
Against United, however, it was a different story. His inclusion made the Gers much more dynamic going forward, with his excellent ball control and special awareness giving him plenty of freedom in the final third.
With more clinical finishing, he could have had an assist after a wonderful through ball, but it was a solid cameo overall.
With Cyriel Dessers in need of a rest, this is Igamane’s chance to shine against Dundee in the League Cup quarter-final.
